Our approach is built on consistency, presence, and attention to detail, with personal care from people who know each client well and take the time to understand what matters to them.

That’s what helps daily life feel more supported in our Family Homes, and what gives families greater confidence in the care their loved one receives.

    "I wanted to share a brief review of our experience with you, Josh, and your staff at Family Home Medical during my mom's move into the home on West 5th Street in Mt. Carmel.

    Our family has had an excellent experience. My mom had been living in an apartment and it became clear that she needed care and supervision around the clock. In a short amount of time, Kathleen and her son Josh made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel manageable and reassuring. I met with Kathleen shortly after my initial inquiry and she was friendly and caring. She showed me both the Mt. Carmel homes and answered all of my questions during that initial visit. Prior to my mom moving in, Josh repainted and the rug shampooed. Josh even went above and beyond and assisted us with moving my mom's furniture from her apartment into the home. I cannot say enough nice things about the aides caring for my mom. They all have been kind, patient and genuinely loving, which gives me a great peace of mind knowing my mom is in good hands.
