Chief Operating Officer

Joshua oversees daily operations, working closely with families and caregivers to ensure care is consistent, reliable, and well-coordinated. His focus is on making every experience feel smooth and supported.

Director of Operations and Family Support

With nearly fifteen years on the team, Rola guides families through every step of the process. From scheduling to Medicaid support, she brings clarity, structure, and a steady, reassuring presence.
